Sir Ollie’s is a grilled sandwich of 12 hour slow cooked Herefordshire beef cheek, thyme confit onions and Dutch Mistress cheese. Take a look at our gallery to see why we love Sir Ollie’s so much. We source the best Herefordshire beef from Waller’s of Ledbury and the delicious Dutch Mistress cheese is made just up the road at Brock Hall Farm.

Although our roots are firmly set in the beautiful Herefordshire countryside that is home to outstanding beef produce, you will find us at food and music festivals across the country.

who is sir ollie?

Sir Oliver was a nationally acclaimed award winning Hereford beef bull bred by Thomas Rea at Hampton Court in Herefordshire in the 1850’s. Mark loves obscure trivia so when he was reading about the history of the Hereford breed he came across the story of Sir Oliver and the name was born!
